Facials & Beyond does not share, sell or trade client information with any party. Your privacy is extremely important to us and we appreciate your business. Any information given to us is used solely to inform you of new products, sales, services or upcoming events.


Walk-ins are taken as long as enough time is allowed for our next appointment to start on time. We will always try to accomodate even last-minute requests; however, to ensure you always receive your preferred date and time, we encourage you to book appointments in advance.
We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving to guarantee your service when you need it.​

Because we may be in session when you call for an appointment, we highly encourage you to use our Online Booking. The online system will allow you to book same day appointments within 2 hours of current time. For example, if it's 1:00 when you book your online appointment, the 1st available time slot online will be 3:00. Please call if you need an earlier appointment. lf our schedule permits, we will try our best to accomodate your request. Online bookings for couples massages should be called in advance to confirm the availability of our other therapists.

Arrival Time

As our studio is dedicated to
personalized service, we do not like to rush our clients and we ask that you arrive a few minutes before your appointment to allow time for you to unwind and prepare for service. New clients are asked to complete a customer profile sheet prior to receiving service.

Please keep in mind that a late arrival may subtract from your treatment time. Your session must end as scheduled so the next appointment can start on time. We will do our best to complete as much of your treatment as possible with the remaining time allotted. If you are more than 30 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.

The relaxation of our clients is very important to us, therefore please silence all cell phones/pagers & speak softly. We love children but for safety reasons, small children may not be left unattended in the reception area. Please schedule care for your child during your appointment so you can fully enjoy your spa experience.  Due to our limited seating, large groups of 6 or more cannot be accommodated in our reception area.


Gratuities are not reflected in our menu pricing. Gratuities are appreciated and always left to the discretion of our clients. Tips can be in cash form or included in the total amount of services if you are paying by check or credit card.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expiration dates are not extended. They are treated the same as cash and must be presented at time of service. Gift Certificates are non-refundable but can be transferred to another recipient. Balances $10 or less can be redeemed as gratuity.


Spa robes, wraps and slippers are provided for spa services. Please undress to your comfort level for massage and body treatments. Spa services are performed in a safe, modest and ethical manner. Your therapist will keep your body draped with sheets during the treatment and uncover only the areas being worked on.

Lost Articles

If you are receiving spa services with us, please remove all jewelry prior to your visit. Please keep up with personal items during your visit. We are not responsible for lost articles.

Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. In this establishment, draping the body during massage is required. Massage is performed in a safe, modest and ethical manner and not sexual in nature. Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances will immediately result in termination of the session with payment due in full.

Cancellations/No Shows

As a courtesy to all, please cancel your appointment enough in advance so that your time slot may be offered to another client. Online bookings are required to be secured with a major credit card.
Your credit card will not be charged until the appointment has been fulfilled. Cancellations made less than 24 hours of appointment time will be charged 50% of the price of services. No shows wil be charged full price of the service cost should you miss your appointment without proper notification. We understand emergencies occur and will take that into account.

We provide a courtesy reminder call, email or text before your scheduled appointment. It is important that you get back to us as soon as possible to confirm your appointment. If we don’t receive a confirmation from you at least 1 hour before your scheduled time , we reserve the right to give your time slot to another client if needed.

Refunds and Returns

Did you know you can TRY BEFORE YOU BUY? We provide samples of skincare so you can experience products before you make a commitment to purchase.
All sales are final on all skincare and cosmetic products; however, unopened products may be exchanged for other products of equal value. We will gladly exchange any defective products within 7 days of purchase.

Forms of Payment

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Venmo, $Cash App and PayPal as forms of payment. We also accept checks for payment of spa services, products and gift certificates. (Sorry-no temporary checks).

There will be a $28 charge for any returned checks.
